Adam Nach is the founder of Peak Performance Fiduciary Services which provides, among other services, Director services to Board of Directors. Mr. Nach provides services to Board of Directors as a member and advisor. Mr. Nach’s distinguished career spans over three decades, during which he held key leadership positions as a director and officer and legal advisor at Nach, Rodgers, Hilkert & Santilli in providing services to multiple companies across various industries in the USA and internationally. With extensive experience and a proven track record, Mr. Nach demonstrates exceptional strategic vision, management acumen, and a commitment to driving peak performance for the businesses. Mr. Nach plays a pivotal role in steering organizations towards growth and innovation. His expertise encompasses areas such as corporate governance, financial oversight, operational efficiency, and strategic planning. Mr. Nach’s leadership style is a collaborative approach, which fosters stakeholders, and empowers teams to achieve their peak performance. Sarah was the owner and operator of the Arcadia Farmers Markets from 2011-2014 where she facilitated organic farmers and artisans to provide quality goods to the Arcadia neighborhood. Through this she was able to ensure her three sons learned the value of work and networking as they volunteered at the markets on Sundays. Sarah currently serves as Madam Chairman of the Steve and Lois Mihaylo Foundation. She took this position in 2011 and since then has connected the Mihaylo Foundation to many local 501c3’s who are in need of support. With a special passion for helping women who are victims of various abuses, and their children, Sarah has spearheaded a number of grant programs supporting organizations throughout Arizona, California and Nevada. In addition to her various philanthropic projects, Sarah is the mother of three adult sons who she has also encouraged to get involved with non-profits across the valley. Sarah joined the Swift Youth gala committee in 2025 and joined the board of directors for Swift in 2026. |
