Meet Nicole

Nicole Small is a lifelong Swift Youth Foundation volunteer and a member of the Board of Directors. With over a decade of experience in marketing across industries, from global companies to working alongside solopreneurs, she is excited to contribute to the organization’s growth. Nicole is the Director of Marketing & Communications for MyLand, a soil health company. She previously led corporate communications for a tech company and specializes in marketing strategy, public relations, project management and operations, and social media. At camp, Nicole enjoys empowering campers through her passion for art and cooking.
