Meet George...

Mr. Pisaruk is member and shareholder of Pisaruk Legal Solutions PLLC, a leading corporate law firm that advises business startups, small to midsize companies, large organizations, and individuals across a wide range of legal issues.
 Mr. Pisaruk has over 25 years’ experience in law and business with private (small and large), publicly traded, and non-profit companies.
Mr. Pisaruk has held various executive management, legal, and business positions with a variety of companies from start-ups to large, multinational companies.  Companies that Mr. Pisaruk has worked for included: Hewlett-Packard, Westinghouse Electric (Defense Division, and Nuclear Services Integration Division), Molex, Three-Five Systems, Isagenix, Kendle, Plexus, PETSMART, Tien’s Group (Beijing, China), United States Department of Justice, and General Dynamics.
Mr. Pisaruk has also worked in the government contracts, commercial avionics, direct sales, non-profit, and hi-tech fields, and he has extensive experience in international transactions and formations with entities in Europe, Asia, (including China) South America, Canada, Mexico, Australia, and the Middle East.
Mr. Pisaruk received his Bachelor of Science degree in Purchasing/Operations Productions Management from Arizona State University, his MBA from Arizona State University, and his JD from the University of Nebraska. Mr. Pisaruk is a member of the Arizona State Bar and has lectured in the past at the State Bar of Arizona, Arizona State University, the American Graduate School of Management (Thunderbird), the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and the American Corporate Counsel Association. Mr. Pisaruk also held the position of Chair of the Legal Committee for AZ Technology Council and was a finalist for the American Corporate Counsel Association (ACCA) Corporate Counsel of the Year for FY2018. 
On a personal level, a native of New England, George is a die-hard Boston Bruins and Red Sox fan. He is also a die-hard Nebraska football fan (“Go Big Red”) and Arsenal soccer fan. George enjoys time with his family and travelling. He especially enjoys watching his daughters compete in athletics (hockey and springboard/platform diving) and is often found at the rink or pool. He also enjoys playing golf as often as the weather will allow and is an avid hockey fan.
