![]() Lauren A. Bostick has been on the Swift Youth Foundation Board for the past five years and has spearheaded multiple events, community outreach and fundraising in order to expand and grow Swift Youth Foundation so that the organization can make an even bigger impact on the community than it already does. She is an experienced Arizona Attorney with a background in Divorce, Child Custody, Spousal Maintenance, Child Support, Adoption, and Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts) matters. She also practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Contracts, and Protective Orders and is a Certified Mediator. She harnesses her skills, experience, and natural ambition each day to change someone’s future. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Organizational Communication from Northern Arizona University (cum laude). She graduated from Arizona Summit Law School (cum laude) and was consistently on the Dean’s list and in the top percent of her class. Lauren received a CALI Award in Trial Practice. Lauren also has a strong background in the Banking Industry and was the head department lead for Conservatorship Accounts, and Loans for many years prior to becoming an attorney. Lauren has done over 2500+ hours of Pro Bono (free legal service) work throughout her law school and professional career. She volunteered in several legal clinics including the Veteran’s Legal Clinic, Family Law Clinic, Homelessness Clinic, Post-Conviction Relief Clinic, Fathers Matters, Fresh Start Women’s Foundation, Hope Women’s Center, and Mediation Clinic. Lauren is also an active supporter of the Arizona Disabled Veteran’s Program and assists in their yearly clinics as well as The Standdown for Veterans. In addition, Lauren has been featured on the “Let Joe Know” television segment hosted by Joe Ducey on ABC15. Lauren has also been recognized for her commitment to volunteering her services in the non-profit sector. She has contributed to the American Cancer Society as the Revenue Enhancer Chair for the organization’s Annual Gala for several years. She has also been honored for her work with the Peoria School District Board of Education, The Big Brother Big Sister Organization, Face in the Mirror, The Salvation Army, and We’re Moving Forward. Lauren currently serves on the Executive Board of Directors for the Maricopa County Bar Foundation as President and is a Past President for the Maricopa County Bar Association. She is also the current Committee Chair for the Lawyer Referral Service. Lauren also served on the Community Legal Services and is currently the President of the Swift Youth Foundation Board and has actively worked with the Alyssa James Foundation. Additionally, Lauren is a Member of the Scottsdale Bar Association and Arizona Women Lawyers Association and serves on the Leadership and Social Committee for the Arizona Women Lawyers Association and has taught Continuing Legal Education regarding Domestic Violence and Family Law related matters. In addition, Lauren helped assist in the start-up of For Your Record, a non-profit organization that empowers and assists domestic violence survivors. Lauren has also been a mentor for She Leads through the Arizona Foundation for Women and has done that for multiple years. Lauren has been recognized as a top 5 practice leader for Family Law in Ranking Arizona for several years, has been given the All in for Women Award from the Arizona Women Lawyers Association, and has been consistently ranked a top 10 attorney for Family Law nationally and in the state of Arizona and has been featured in KNOW Magazine and So Scottsdale Magazine as being a top women entrepreneur in the State of Arizona. Lauren has been named a Lawyer of Distinction and has been ranked as a Rising Star and Super Lawyer along with being named Best Lawyers; Ones to Watch for Family Law and Mediation. Lauren also enjoys spending time with her family and rescue pup Corky and some fun facts about Lauren are that she recently became Scuba Certified, is left-handed and a quarter Lebanese. |
