Join us for a Charity Golf Tournament benefiting the Swift Youth Foundation at the scenic Stonecreek Golf Club. Enjoy a scramble with a shotgun start, breakfast, lunch with a raffle, and contests like putting, long drive, and closest to the pin—all while supporting a great cause.

Tee off with us

7:00 a.m. – Breakfast & check-in
8:00 a.m. – Shotgun start
12:30 p.m. – Lunch & awards

Registration options

Register as a foursome or an individual golfer and join us on the green.

Foursome

Register yourself and three other players to make up a team. Have the names and contact information ready at registration. Only one person needs to pay for the group.

Individual golfer
$250

​Register as a solo golfer and we’ll pair you with other individual players to complete a foursome.

About Swift Youth Foundation

The Swift Youth Foundation takes a unique approach to youth development—empowering children, teens, and young adults through fun, enriching programs and strong mentoring relationships. Our annual golf tournament is a signature event planned and executed by members of our Young Professionals Board, showcasing the leadership and passion of the next generation. 

With a focus on STEAM education and values-based learning, our programs are designed to be not only educational—but also engaging and fun. When you join us on the course, you’re helping create brighter futures for everyone involved.
Proceeds of the 2025 Swift Golf Tournament will go towards Swift programs to directly impact the youth that we serve. From summer camp to weekend and after-school activities, Swift offers life-changing experiences for elementary-aged youth from economically disadvantaged communities. At the same time, we’re building up teen and young adult mentors, equipping them with leadership skills and opportunities to make a lasting impact in their communities.
