There’s only 113 days until GRILLED CHEESE Day at Camp Swift! 

I’m already saving up my appetite! Hello! I’m Zach Schawelson, you may know me as "Schwally" up at camp. I’ve been involved with Swift since my sophomore year of high school. I’ve volunteered at 5 (and counting) sessions of Camp Swift and have been on Team Swift for the past two years. I attend BASIS Scottsdale, and from February through April of our senior year we go off campus to do our very own research project, and of course, I chose to work with Swift.

I am super excited to start my internship here for the next 10 weeks to not only work on my research project for school, but to also help and support Swift in every way possible! ​

After first volunteering during the summer of 2016, Swift has been such a big and important part of my life and has helped make me a better person. I am SUPER excited to continue my Swift Story, and OH GUESS WHAT?!?!?! The 2019 Camp Swift counselor and support staff applications just opened on Friday!!!
