Swift Youth Foundation empowers children, teens and young adults to reach their highest potential through fun enriching programs and positive mentoring relationships. 

Our vision.​

Swift’s vision is twofold.  We provide life changing experiences to elementary school-aged children who are economically disadvantaged. At the same time, we empower teens and young adult volunteers to provide positive mentorship to the communities we serve, developing leadership skills in the process. We develop and provide year-round programming in the form of summer camp, weekend activities and after-school programs. By collaborating with community partners and volunteers, we make our STEAM and values based programming fun and engaging. 

Core Values.

  • Development of leadership skills provides youth and teens with the social and emotional capacity to set goals, and have the self-esteem to carry them out.

Focus Areas.

Basic Needs - Providing meals, snacks, clothing, and necessities at all programs 
Life Skills - Emphasizing leadership, character development, interpersonal skills and more at all programming
STEAM - Basing programming in academic principles so students not only have a fun but enriching experience 
Opportunities - Providing the Swift community with access to mentorship, community, networking and more
