Camp Swift CounselorsEach year, approximately 125 teens serve as volunteer counselors at Camp Swift. Most of our teen volunteers say that their experience as a counselor is the most life-changing and eye-opening experience they have ever had. The counselor program instills in teens a commitment to social action and a sense of responsibility, and the experience significantly enhances leadership, social and communication skills.
