How do my donors support me?
Congratulations! You have shared your Swift story in such a way that your family and friends want to support your passion for the youth we serve. Awesome work!
- Directly share your unique fundraising page url with your family and friends and they can schedule their support or donate directly. Your unique url will look something like this:
- example: https://www.azgives.org/(your unique url here)
- At anytime your supporters can also visit AZGives.org and keyword search "Swift" to get to our primary fundraising page. From there, your unique fundraising page may be found by clicking on the orange "View All Fundraisers For This Nonprofit" button and manually searching for your campaign page.

Why don't I see my donationS on my fundraising page?
Great question! Until Arizona Gives Day on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, all donation pages are in "Pre-Schedule" mode. The forms are pre-set with the donations to be processed on Arizona Gives Day, Tuesday, April 3, 2018. This is a setting that is created by the Arizona Alliance of Nonprofits and Swift does not have control of.
When a supporter makes a donation to a fundraising page before Arizona Gives Day on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 they are pre-scheduling their donation to be processed on Arizona Gives Day. There is an option to select the donate "today" button, but Swift is working towards a pre-schedule incentive prize for the organization and encourage all donors to schedule their donation for Arizona Gives Day.
Each individual donation transaction will be processed on Arizona Gives Day, Tuesday, April 3, 2018, beginning at 12am and individual donor pages will be updated then to reflect their percentage funded and thermometers towards goal reflecting the progress they have made.

I made a mistake on my fundraising page and can't edit it, H-e-l-p!
Hey! No worries! Mistakes happen, we totally understand. Send Mike an email at [email protected] and he will help edit your page however needed until Friday, March 30, 2018.

I was given a donation in cash or Check, now what?
That's awesome! Let us know when you plan on stopping by and you can bring your cash or check donations to the Swift offices at 7950 E Acoma Drive, Suite 106 Scottsdale, AZ 85260.
All check donations may be made out to "Swift Youth Foundation".
If this is a Team Swift teen reading this- you will receive credit towards your goal, just make sure Mike receives your donations by the Team Swift meeting on Thursday, April 5, 2018.

Do my donors receive a Receipt?
Yep, you betcha! Arizona Gives will send out a confirmation email for all pre-scheduled donations. Once Arizona Gives Day arrives on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, Swift will process all donations internally and send your donor a formal thank you letter on our letterhead that includes our Tax-ID information.
We strongly encourage each fundraiser to individually follow up with their donors during or within one week of Arizona Gives Day. Whether via handwritten thank you card, kind email, quick phone call, or heartfelt text, any show of your sincere appreciate will mean more coming from you! An easy rule of thumb is to think about how you would like someone to show you gratitude for your support. Need a few helpful hints or to borrow some thank you notes? No problem! Email Pamelle (aka the queen of thank you notes) at [email protected]

Not to worry! Although Swift is working towards a pre-scheduled incentive prize, it is totally ok if a donation is not pre-scheduled. Simply instruct your donor to visit your unique fundraising page on Arizona Gives Day, Tuesday, April 3, 2018 and make their donation then.
If your donor does not donate on Arizona Gives Day, simply instruct them to show their support by donating directly to the Swift Youth Foundation website SwiftYouth.org/donate. If this is a Team Swift teen and you are reading this, you will still receive credit for your donor's support, simply have them indicate that they are making the donation in honor of you at check out. Any questions may be directed to Mike by email at [email protected].

My donor is CONCERNED about donating to a third party site, What do I do?
We totally understand. Please assure your donors that Arizona Gives ensures they use secure and reliable servers to process donations. All transactions are made through an encrypted connection. Credit/Debit card and e-check transactions are secure, backed by a PCI Level 1 secure service provider certification. (the same level that banks use)
If your donor is still hesitant about donating to a site that is unfamiliar, they are more than welcome to donate directly to Swift at SwiftYouth.org/donate or by calling us at (480)443-5645 or by sending through the mail to Swift Youth Foundation 7950 E Acoma Drive, Suite 106 Scottsdale, AZ 85260. What's the best way Gain support for my page?
Excellent question! Personal outreach by sharing your own Swift story is always going to yield the best results. We have developed some great tools and resources to help your outreach and determine the best method of outreach based on the contact. Send a quick email to Pamelle for those resources, [email protected].
Not sure who to contact? That's ok! After reaching out to close family and friends, think of new and creative circles of contacts who might be interested in learning more about Swift. Your soccer team, work colleagues, or church friends, there are plenty of people surrounding you in the community that would love to hear about your passion for Swift.
